Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 3. Shipping Methods: We’ve partnered with reputable courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. 4. Delivery Charges:

  • Within Tirana: Delivery is free within the city limits of Tirana.
  • Outside Tirana (Other Cities): For delivery to cities outside Tirana, a flat fee of 300L is applicable.
  • International Deliveries (Abroad): For international deliveries, we partner with DHL for fast and reliable shipping. The shipping fee will be calculated based on the destination and package weight. Please contact our customer service team for a quote and shipping options for your international orders.
